Caribesunset Penthouse is Awesome!!!! I highly reccommend staying here. This is one of the best condos on the island I think. If you are looking for A fun, relaxing, comfortable place to spend some time on the island then this is it. A spacious, very clean 2 bdrm with a great view from the rooftop. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. It's everything you could ask for when wanting a nice,relaxing , beautiful vacation spot. It's within walking distance to the water and for shopping and for dining. Anything you need is right there practically at your fingertips. The property manager Eddie is willing to help in an instant and is very friendly. The owners Jennifer and Chance are terrific people. You're crazy not to want to try this place. We had a wonderful time at Caribesunset Penthouse and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a vacation rental. Thank you Jennifer & Chance for the great time we had during our stay. WE LOVED IT !!! 5+++++Stars

Spent 3 weeks at Caribe Sunset Penthouse from 11/27/21-12/18/21 and it was the perfect location to the store, gym and favorite restaurants. Always feel safe walking around town. The penthouse was well equipped and the gas grill on the upper balcony was perfect for grilling out. Great view from the second balcony for sunrise/sunset and the breeze up there was very welcome after a hot day. The management staff was always quick in replying to questions or concerns. Definitely would consider returning here on our next trip to Cozumel.
