Villa Zaztun in Cozumel - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

My stay at Zaztun was safe, clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was right there. Everyone was so kind and helpful with whatever I needed. The rooftop was especially lovely. I really enjoyed relaxing in the hammock in the evening after a long day of adventures.

I spent all of July 2019 in Villa Zaztun with my girlfriend. From the booking process to the actual accommodation everything was great! The rooms are exactly as shown on their Website/Airbnb, but appear even more welcoming, comfy and with exceptional love to details in real life. We felt like home from the first minute we arrived there. Additionally the Villa is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Cozumel. Also when we had questions or issues of any kind Robert (the host) was always happy to help. Even when he wasn't at Villa Zaztun he replied to emails within minutes. During our stay my sister came to visit and chose a different Airbnb of about the same price class and I can say it wasn't nearly as good as Villa Zaztun. They had almost no dishes, no towels and not even water prepared on arrival. All those things where there plentiful in our apartment. Conclusion: Would definitely book again!!

We stayed at Villa Zaztun and loved every second of our stay! The condolito is close to the sea, the grocery store, the square and is in the beautiful Corpus Christi neighborhood. The condolito is very clean and comfortable. The rooftop area is great for watching both sunrises and sunsets. We spent most mornings on the rooftop and many evenings. It is so peaceful! Every need is met by the property manager and we needed her assistance on a couple of occasions. She was so helpful and kind! The owners Robert and Sharon are awesome people and also very helpful and kind. We recommend this special place to anyone who wants to experience Cozumel in a safe and beautiful area of the island.

Our stay at Villa Zaztun was most enjoyable. The staff was cordial always eager to assist with all ouur needs. Robert and Sharon were always available and prompt with our needs and the accomodations were perfect. Location was excellent anywhere we wished to go was within 15 to 20 minute walk. We could not have found a better home away from home than Villa Zaztun highly recommend it

A great location... a beautiful well equipped unit that met all our needs and more for our 6 month rental. Robert and Sharon are both great hosts. I love to cook and bake so finding all the kitchen tools I needed was truly appreciated! We highly recommend Villa Zaztun if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet home away from home in a great location!.

Villa ZazTun is a great property. The Villa had all we needed for our 5 month stay, well equipped and very clean. The location was excellent with the Ocean and Grocery store just a couple blocks away. The owners( Robert & Sharon) , property manager( Rosie), Maid(Helen) were always available and ready to help us in every way they could. We will definitely be back?

My wife Marilyn and I just spent a month at Villa Zaztun and had the best vacation ever.Owners Robert and Sharron could not do enough for us.The apartments there are beautiful and super clean, and Rosie the manager, Candy,and Aimee the cleaning ladies were awesome.If you are interested in staying in Cozumel in a great safe area,check out Villa Zaztun, you will never find better hosts then them.Thank you Sharon and Robert. Excellent location only a few minutes walk from both major supermarkets and the oceanfront. From there it's less than a ten minute walk into town or you can grab a taxi or local transport which is super cheap at the supermarkets. I loved that it was close enough to walk everywhere but removed from the hustle n bustle in town. Best of both worlds. The owner Sharon is an absolute gem and they have put so much work into the place it's gorgeous! Great gardens and a huge rooftop area where you can BBQ with friends, laze around and read a book or enjoy happy hour watching a Caribbean sunset. Overall, I can't recommend highly enough.
