I travelled to Mexico with my sister for 14 days so we stayed at multiple Airbnbs/hotels but our three day stay at Caribeña was the best! The staff is very helpful, attentive and polite. They have flexible checkin/checkout times, they helped us carry the bags, gave recommendations and arranged bikes and scooters. The room was clean, cosy and well equipped. The pool was nice too! The best part about our stay - THE BREAKFAST! I’ve never had better French toast! 10/10 would recommend! Their rating should easily be 5 stars but some silly person who either got robbed by someone he was traveling with or simply lost his money keeps spamming the reviews section with negative comments - totally uncool!

We felt so welcomed and it is also very safe, we didn't even use the safe in the room. I would recommend this place a 100%! We especially fell in love with Claudia at the front desk. She gave us great recommendations and was extremely helpful and kind.

Cozy clean beds/rooms, great breakfast (we can recommend the club sandwich and the french toast), beautiful design, not too many rooms, clean pool and unbelievable helpful stuff members. We extended our stay because we actually just wanted to hang out relax and have a good time at the pool. And we had! Special thanks to Claudia, Jesus who were taking care of us. We had such a great time. Remember to follow the recommendations from Claudia and Jesus :)

Everything was absolutely perfect, the breakfast was unbeatable!! 5-star hotel level :) Other than that, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and we had everything we need. The location is central and it’s around 5 minutes drive to all the night markets and tulum central. It was definitely a lovely stay! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!
O	Olga Fominych on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caribena is my absolute recommendation for the stay in Tulum: it is a beautiful small hotel in the very centre of Tulum with very very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, the hotel is close to the bigger street with many restaurants and bars but still in a quiet street nearby, so it is nice and calm there. The breakfasts were amazing - see pictures ;-) and they take place on the roof top with a beautiful view.

Every little details are so elegant.We loved the decor a lot.You feel the real “Tulum vibe” Rooms are so clean.Towels are new clean and soft.Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Pool area so clean and looks so classy. Breakfast was so delicious and fresh.You can choose different things every morning and they serve different fresh juice every morning. Hotel is not so far from the center.You can walk 15-20 min or you can rent a bike and ride 5 min The most important thing is for me to feel safe.We were 2 women and felt very safe.There were security at night and always reception during the day. It was my 3. time in Tulum and this is the best hotel so far. I can’t wait to return.Thank you very much.❤️

Staff is so, so friendly and were so helpful with everything. We got a brand new baby crib. The pool was perfect for my little one. Breakfast was fresh and good. It was such a pleasure staying here!
