★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRECARIA- DETESTABLE La peor experiencia que hemos tenido, nos rentaron una apartamento con la tina mala que emitían malos olores, las camas con polillas y ni hablar de los muebles sucios que se le sentían los resortes. También dijeron que tenia lavadora y cuando la vimos estaba mala. La cocina super sucia y los colchones ni hablar.
La ver que todo esto estaba pasando pedimos por favor que nos ayudaran o nos mudaran porque cuando llueve se inunda el balcón y se mete el agua para la mitad del apartamento pase dos noches limpiando y sacando agua. Cuando pedimos ayuda al ¨GERENTE¨el nos decía no puedo hacer nada teniendo otros apartamentos libres.
En playa se es dificil alquilar y querían arreglar el apartamento con nosotros adentro, pues como el baño estaba malo mandaron al pobre señor de 60 años que ¨El GERENTE¨grito e humillo como si el tuviera la culpa del mal estado y lo hizo trabajar más de 15 horas continuas para que nos terminará el baño.
La experiencia fue pésima, los pasillos los tienen sucios, el GERENTE es un déspota y no soluciona. Lo peor de todo es que fuimos varias veces a pedir solución y siempre nos salía con una historia tuvimos que pasar 1 semana sin baño y con el apartamento lleno de polvo porque estaban trabajando dentro y no podíamos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones.
Fue la peor experiencia....
PRECARY- DETESTABLE The worst experience we have ever had, they rented us an apartment with a bad bathtub that emitted bad smells, the beds with moths and not to mention the dirty furniture that the springs felt like. They also said it had a washing machine and when we saw it it was bad. Super dirty kitchen and mattresses not to mention.
Seeing that all this was happening, we asked please to help us or to move us because when it rains the balcony floods and the water is put in for half the apartment, I spent two nights cleaning and drawing water. When we asked the "MANAGER" for help, he told us that I can't do anything with other free apartments.
On the beach it is difficult to rent and they wanted to fix the apartment with us inside, because as the bathroom was bad they sent the poor 60-year-old man who ¨THE MANAGER¨ shouted and humiliated as if he were to blame for the poor condition and made him work more 15 continuous hours to finish the bath.
The experience was terrible, the corridors are dirty, the MANAGER is a despot and does not solve. The worst of all is that we went several times to ask for a solution and we always came up with a story we had to spend 1 week without a bathroom and with the apartment full of dust because they were working inside and we could not enjoy our vacation.
It was the worst experience ....
