Buenas duchas, sale el agua con muy buena presión y tiene agua caliente. La pileta es muy linda al igual que todo el ambiente del lugar. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Super well located! The rooms are spacious and very fresh, almost no need to turn on the air conditioning. Good showers, the water comes out with very good pressure and has hot water. The pool is very nice as well as the whole atmosphere of the place. Everything very clean and taken care of.

En mi caso la administradora victoria nos dañó las vacaciones debido a que nos estaba inculpando por el daño de un televisor que nosotros jamás dañamos e incluso cuando vimos el dañó de inmediato lo reportamos luego de eso nos amenazó en que teníamos que dejar el hotel en caso de que no pagaramos el daño del TV , también nos amenazó en retener nuestras pertenencias e incluso el Servicio de aseo también lo cancelo....por ende no salimos del hotel con el temor y miedo que de nos sacaran ya que teníamos 3 menores con nosotros ...En conclusión nos tocó buscar la policía y colocar una denuncia para que nos dejara de molestar cuya denuncia por cierto no firmo... Gracias por dañarnos nuestras vacaciones que con tanto esfuerzo las pagamos ...... Posdata : señor propietario cambie de administración para que su hermoso hotel tenga un mejor servicio .... A	Anna Karina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é muito boa. Os funcionários são bem educados. O hotel é bonito POR FORA. A piscina não dá muito pra usar porque não bate sol. O quarto que fiquei achei um pouco ruim, meio velho, com um forte cheiro de lugar fechado, parecendo mofo. Para quem tem alergia não recomendo. As maçanetas das portas do quarto estavam quebradas e uma das chaves não funcionava. Mas se for para dormir só, vale a pena! The location is very good. The employees are very polite. The hotel is beautiful from the outside. The pool is not much to use because there is no sun. The room I stayed in was a little bad, kind of old, with a strong smell of a closed place, looking like mildew. I don't recommend it to anyone with allergies. The bedroom door handles were broken and one of the keys didn't work. But if you're going to sleep alone, it's worth it!

They said that their condo that we booked was for only one room and bathroom for 4 ladies. Horrible!! In order to use the rest of the condo the fee needed to be paid. We ended paying because their room was so small and ugly compare to the other side of the condo which was divided by a door.. never again.. by the way when she called Expedia to address the issues was never able to get of hold of them..of course she didn't, when they are available 24/7.
