Hoy fui en punto de las 7:00 a.m., compré una cantidad considerable y la barbacoa venía llena de gorditos de grasa y huesos a pesar de haberla solicitado de carnita. Quedé hasta mal con la familia por haberles prometido una muy buena barbacoa (antes si estaba muy buena). Tampoco habían llegado las tortillas, aunque es entendible llegué muy temprano. Pero la calidad de la carne si dejó mucho que desear.
I had very high expectations of the quality of the meat. Today I went on the dot at 7:00 a.m., I bought a considerable quantity and the barbecue was full of chubby bits of fat and bones despite having requested it for carnita. I was even bad with the family for having promised them a very good barbecue (before it was very good). The tortillas had not arrived either, although it is understandable I arrived very early. But the quality of the meat left much to be desired.

Excellent for a roast meat on a weekend you find a bit of everything, the cuts of meat are soft and at a good price, I am not bad.
