★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy las carnitas no tenían sabor, se tardaron casi diez minutos en atendernos y teníamos mesa, hoy no vi a la señora encargada que siempre está, estaban unos jóvenes pero hoy no fue buena experiencia.
Today the carnitas had no flavor, it took almost ten minutes to serve us and we had a table, today I did not see the lady in charge who is always there, there were some young people but today was not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha variedad, pero la carne no es fresca, pose un sabor muy comercial, como cualquier súper, su chorizo argentino ah ido en decadencia, aunque suelen meter bastante novedad y variedad, pareciera novedad china, que es llamativa pero después de un rato te das cuenta que no tiene nada de especial. Aunque no todo es malo, posen en venta un chicharron bastante salado para guisado o taco, y un queso asadero con un gran sabor y sin mencionar que los fines de semana ofrecen las mejores carnitas de la zona si no que de Tláhuac.
A lot of variety, but the meat is not fresh, it has a very commercial flavor, like any superfood, its Argentine chorizo has been in decline, although they tend to put a lot of novelty and variety, it seems like a Chinese novelty, which is striking but after a while you give yourself account that there is nothing special. Although not everything is bad, they have for sale a fairly salty chicharron for stew or taco, and a grilled cheese with a great flavor and not to mention that on weekends they offer the best carnitas in the area if not in Tláhuac.
