★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son accesibles y las carnitas tienen buen sabor. Hay variedad para pedir las carnitas: tacos, tortas, gorditas, en plato, etc. La aldilla, lomo y maciza me encantaron. Tienen salsa roja, guacamole, cebolla desflemada y chiles jalapeños como complementos.
Los lunes y viernes hay 2x1 en tortas y la verdad vale la pena esta promoción

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quería desayunar y buscaba algo que se me apareciera en el camino.
Afortunadamente encontré este local, me detuve a checar sus carnitas y me parecieron de buen color y con buena textura. El taquero y el cocinero saben con lo que trabajan, separan las costillas, el chamorro y la pierna así que tus tacos pueden ser de partes precisas. No hay muy específicos como trompa u oreja pero como las carnitas tienen buen sabor y suficiente humedad, puedes vivir sin esos cortes.
Los meseros atienden bien, son rápidos y muy atentos,realmente se esfuerzan en ofrecer un buen servicio.
El lugar está impecablemente limpio, adecuadamente ventilado y los baños también están impecables. Excelente en ese punto.
La carta no solo es de carnitas, también hay desayunos, refrescos, aguas y cerveza. Los precios son justos y las porciones son adecuadas. Excelente relación precio/porción.
Por último, las salsas podrían ser mejores. El pico de gallo está un poco aguado, las cebollas moradas no son extraordinarias pero ofrecen el limón y un poco de picor para el taco especial que ofrecen (tiene chicharrón duro espolvoreado que lo hace salado) y la salsa de guajillo está salada también. Detalles que pueden mejorarse, definitivamente pero que también pueden mitigarse con una buena cerveza.
Regreso con mucho gusto en el futuro.
I wanted to have breakfast and was looking for something that would appear to me on the road.
Fortunately I found this place, I stopped to check their carnitas and they seemed good color and with good texture. The taquero and the cook know what they are working with, they separate the ribs, the chamorro and the leg so that your tacos can be of precise parts. There are not very specific such as horn or ear but since carnitas taste good and have enough moisture, you can live without those cuts.
The servers serve well, they are fast and very attentive, they really go out of their way to provide good service.
The place is spotlessly clean, adequately ventilated and the bathrooms are spotless too. Excellent at that point.
The menu is not only about carnitas, there are also breakfasts, soft drinks, water and beer. The prices are fair and the portions are adequate. Excellent price / portion ratio.
Lastly, the sauces could be better. The pico de gallo is a bit watery, the purple onions are not extraordinary but they offer the lemon and a bit of heat for the special taco they offer (it has powdered hard pork rinds that makes it salty) and the guajillo sauce is salty too. Details that can definitely be improved but that can also be mitigated with a good beer.
I will return with pleasure in the future.
