True luxury experience!

I shop at the boutique every time I visit Cancun and have made several purchases. Living in New York it is easy to shop Cartier close to home but the level of service & the wonderful customer service I recieve from the salesman Drago keeps me coming every time. For every purchase from the smallest bottle of perfume to an expensive bracelet I was treated unbelievably well. Even when I have been just browsing I was treated as if I was buying the Crown Jewels! I would recommend the boutique to everyone, ask for Drago you won't be disappointed.

What an amazing service! We went on vacation to Cancun middle of June. Sadly the weather wasn't great so we decided to pop into the luxury avenue for some shopping. Once we entered the shopping mall my boyfriend decided to take me to the Cartier boutique. At the boutique, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was happy to talk us through the ranges of rings. We were looking for something unique and Drago (that was the gentleman’s name) showed us the Panther collection. And believe me, it was something unbelievably beautiful. As the size and the particular color of gold was not available we had to get it ordered. It was then made in France and delivered back to Cancun within a month. We had great excuse to come back to this fantastic place. After our return, we successfully finalized the transaction. To be honest I never thought it will happen but because of the very professional service, I think my boyfriend decided finally to propose and so it happend!! PS. Thank You again, Drago, for everything you have done for us. You were a great help as organizer of everything around the proposal ring within the ring itself. Your service was way over than regular salesperson. It was great to meet you and all the Cartier team!

Lovely shop. Unfortunately I didn’t bring the necessary funds to shop as I pleased to. They didn’t have any custom wood frames, but they had a wonderful selection. Prices were steep, but its Mexico and its Cartier. I would definitely recommend this business to any local or tourist

I'm very surprised by what I had to face at the boutique... Those people are my real superheroes!! Very professional, well prepared with great knowledge of their products. Feedback, support, and contact are better from what you can expect from regular salespersons. They are really there for you. You will be pleased with every second of being there.
