 Highly recommended, beautiful decor and perfect location. In addition, the staff is very attentive at all times. If I were to return to Isla Mujeres I would return here without a doubt!

La atención personalizada de Andrea desde el check-in y durante toda la estancia. La ubicación super excelente ya que está a nada del mar y en una zona tranquila del centro.
The hotel is perfect, cozy, intimate, clean, everything completely new and with a unique style. The decoration and details make the difference. I have fallen in love with this place. Andrea's personalized attention from check-in and throughout the stay. The super excellent location since it is at nothing from the sea and in a quiet area of the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea is very kind. The place is clean and stylish and very cosy. The only downside is that it's located right next to a rock cafe which plays loud music until 11:30 or so, but otherwise it's very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, the rooms are super new and very well decorated.
Location is perfect, very close to Playa Norte and the restaurants. Also, both the owner and manager were very nice and helpful.
The reason why I give 3 stars is that there is a hotel around the corner that plays super loud music until 2:30am so we could not get much sleep. Apparently, this only happens during weekends. However, the basic need a hotel has to cover is allowing you to rest and we could not get much of that.
I am aware that it is not their fault that this other hotel has these parties, but they should definetely do something about it.
This is a typical thing in Mexico that I still can't believe: they allow clubs/bars/hotels to play loud music outdoors until 2-3am in the middle of the houses, while everyone needs to rest!

Jovany cleaned the room and organized our stuff every day and it was great!
Comfortable bed, hut water, refrigerator, good wifi... We definitely recommend it! ?
