We have a newly built home in Tulum, and after much searching in the region, decided to use Casa Atica for our furnishings and decor (carpentry and upholstery, interior and exterior, and accessories). They treated our project with extreme care, honouring the style and intent of the home so everything is in harmony. The aesthetic is serene and beautiful, and the quality and craftsmanship of the custom designed and built furnishings is extraordinary. They are also the nicest people to work with - trustworthy, reliable, and always on time. Incredible customer service & communication (especially when I was trying to do this while in a different country, thousands of miles away), and I highly recommend to anyone needing one or two small pieces, right through to an entire custom project. They are the best and I HIGHLY recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. We requested prices twice, they were going yo send yo us via WhatsApp. We never received the prices!!!. At the sane time in the shop another persón wanted to pay a piece of furniture and their machine to charge was out of order. Two employees and both inefficient. Furniture fabric choice poor of quality and resistance. Too expendive for the value-quality.
