★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF NEW CATAMARAN TOURS!!!! This company KNOWINGLY employs a boat captain on their catamaran tour, who ABANDONED his 2 young sons (5 & 7 yrs old) in Texas. He fled to Cozumel, MX, to avoid child support. This company, Plongée Grand Cozumel Diving, has not conformed with orders to garner Alfedo Barrera's pay, to provide one penny of child support for his AMERICAN children. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE reconsider where you spend your tourism dollars in Cozumel, for the sake of a single mom & her sons in Texas!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did our open water referral at Plongee. They have amazing staff. We booked w Marina who took care if booking and invoicing and set us up. We did our course with Christine and Edgar great instructors. Much praise given to Christine for working with us. Group of 4. We all loved it. They are professional and they treat you like family. We also thank Lucy a third diver who went with us. Thanks Lucy for your patience. We loved it so much we kept booking dives. On the last day before we flew out we did a Catamaran Tour. It was great also kuddos to the staff . Plongee I have to say you have a well rounded experienced team with great customer service. We will be back. See ya in March 2021!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Plongee Grand Cozumel Diving! Due to a ferry snafu, we missed our morning catamaran boat tour. Judy at the main office was the most gracious person on the island and tried to make things right during this difficult time. We were able to go on a sunset tour in the afternoon and had a great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julien was very good at organising the dives. The diving instructors were all great : Mathieu, Javier, Karim, Hugo. They were all nice and very professional (safety first, always). Good equipment, big boat, decent lunch/snack and good vibes on board. They speak French, Spanish and English. Don't hesitate, go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did open water diver course with amazing instructor Jeff!!! He was really professional and we felt so safe while doing the course.
We stayed Grand cozumel hotel and saw diving course and decided to do!! It was a unplanned experience but it was one of the most amazing experience in my life.
And big thanks for all staff to organise the schedule in a short time.
