Casa Blanca Golf Villas is a unique resort, perfect for families and investors. The property covers 15 acres of spectacular tropical/desert landscaping, situated right on the Sea of Cortez.
Casa Blanca is a unique collection of five condominium buildings, beautifully landscaped grounds, and 14 custom beach villas. Four of the five condominium buildings were completed 14 years ago. Building E was constructed but never completed. This final building to be completed was recently purchased by a Developer who has a history of resurrecting projects. Building E is the largest of the five, with 112 luxury residential condos available for sale. The building has 10 floors; the first 7 floors are two and three-bedroom condos with high end finishes, wonderful ocean front and tropical views, spacious accommodations, and great rental potential.
The 8th floor offers two 3-bedroom penthouses with wrap around patios on each end of the building, and five oversized 4-bedroom penthouses in between. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed at Casa Blanca E 206 and we were not pleased. Check is was a easy, but the room was not equipped nor ready for one to stay. Wifi did not connect with BOTH motem names and both passwords. tried several times. Both TV & Phones. NO extra towels. Room Service Number was out of order both USA line and MX Line. The toilet in the guest bathroom DOES NOT FLUSH. My husband had to adjust the water THREE TIMES. I also recommend to purchase real blinds not see through ones. the light that is ALWAYS on outside shines right through. Our room was not dark at all. No privacy when changing - super see through. We asked for help but they were only security guards and cleaning help. No one knew who to speak to. I mentioned it at check out . I only stayed there two days, hardly there but I recommended fixing these things before you make it available again. NOT PLEASED.

near the beach walking distance. This is an excellent spot. I will recommend this to my friends and family! ?️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First stay at this property. In the past we have stayed down the beach at the Sonoran Sun Nice and complete property but we needed a "pet friendly" property for guests this time. Enjoyed it and will return. Like many properties in Rocky Point, things are not always perfect and completely developed at this time due to the economy. However it's improving. Construction is picking up again and this location is no exception. It's a work in progress both with new construction and repairs. The propery is well maintained. The condos are nice and prices are appropriate. People that work there are friendly. If you are bringing a trailer with a ATV or CanAm, there is plenty of parking in an overflow lot near the "C" building. 3 pools. One is heated. One is near the beach. All are clean and well maintained. Don't expect towel service so bring your own. No on premises services such as a bar, restaurant, or convenience store. We were on the 5th floor. The views of the beach / sea are generally good given they are set back from the beach. I don't consider the walk to the beach to be too far as some have mentioned but I don't mind walking.
