Bad smell and smaller apartment. Many fake reviews on booking. Too expensive for what it was. The owner cancelled the booking on booking.com to prevent us from writing a review.

Fake pictures on booking We didnt get what we booked. The pictures on booking.com are photoshoped. Also the appartement smelled bad an the owner was unfriendly. For this price you can certainly get a better appartement in puerto vallarta.

One of the worst places I ever stayed at. So bad we changed our flights and left 2 days early. Everything in this hotel is out of place and non-functioning. Starting with dirty dishes and terrible smell in the room, to shaky and uncomfortable furniture & bedding. And then unprofessional and non-friendly staff. Abraham who is the owner went silent instead of resolving the situation peacefully.

the place has an excellent location, a few blocks from the boardwalk, the property is very nice, our room had an outdoor tub that we enjoyed a lot and a million dollar view, the staff was always very attentive, Mrs. Lolis who is a adorable lady, she made us a guacamole and was always very kind . To get to the house there is a bit of stairs but nothing complicated, we would definitely return

Currently here and a comfy king bed with an awesome balcony (room 4). The tub doesn’t have a real hot water feature but you could add boiled water to help keep it warm (be smart if you do that). The property does sit up on a hill something to get use to maybe be tiresome with extra luggage. Wi-Fi was great, staff works M-F (limited hours)May get loud from some of the night clubs nearby I would suggest earplugs. Definitely would return to this location!

First, the good: we had water, electricity, and AC. But the rest was awful. We booked this "hotel" on Booking.com based in the pictures. Those pictures were inaccurate because the room were dated and dilapidated. The "hot tub" that they advertised was ice cold. The "free internet" didn't work half the time and offered us nearly dial-up speed when it worked. (I used my phone's internet service to do my work!) They also had no staff or room service of any kind. And worse of all, the property is inaccessible because it sits on top of a very steep hill. To get there, we had to either climb up insane stairs (our legs hurt like hell!) or take a cab just to take us up the hill, which added to th cost of our stay. We ended up cancelling half way and rebooking elsewhere. And after we sent the owner a cancellation notice, the owner told Booking.com - four days later! - that we never checked in and deleted all our messages. The owner is a fraud, and the property is a slum. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Can't say enough good things about Casa Blanca. Studio #4 was beautiful, had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to stay in, and probably has the best view. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The location is great, so many awesome restaurants nearby. It can be a bit noisy from the clubs on weekends, but we had ear plugs and slept well every night. Abraham was easy to communicate with and his staff took great care of us. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place was awesome!! So close to the bars (you can literally see them clear as day, just 2 blocks away) and all the night life, the pharmacy and yummy restaurants. Within walking distance from basically anywhere you wanna go downtown (we walked to and from the market!) and Abraham is so accommodating. His communication was perfect and I never felt uneasy once. Him and his staff even let us store our luggage in their (locked) office before check in so we could go enjoy our morning! 100% recommend. We will be back for sure!!!!
