★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tipo de construcción es muy bonito. Cómo una casa antigua. Con jardín en el centro al rededor asientos muy cómodos. Pero le falta mantenimiento. El precio muy económico. Cuenta con ventilador, televisor de los anteriores y baño, no hay wifi ni agua caliente pero por el precio que más se puede pedir. Tiene un balcón con vista a la calle y se puede apreciar una parte de la catedral. Lo malo es la limpieza, no se cada cuánto tiempo la hacen. Pero me tocó ver basura debajo de la cama y una de las fundas de la ca estaba manchada no se si de moho por la humedad u otra cosa. Pero si solo llega a dormir eso de noche no se nota.

The bad thing is cleaning, I don't know how often they do it. But I had to see garbage under the bed and one of the covers of the bed was stained, I don't know if it was mold due to humidity or something else. But if he only gets to sleep that at night it is not noticeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modest hotel in Merida in a historic colonial style building. One of best in Merida for the price of about $14 US dollars per night. Very secure. Really nice folks. Four blocks to the zocalo. Close to restaurants and convenience stores, bus station. My first choice in Merida for many years. I highly recommend it for budget conscious travelers.
