Like the name of the place, we felt in a warm place the honers were like a family to us from the moment we met them, theythey he us in everything we needed and more:) You must know there is no hot water and this is the only downside.. but if you know it from advance don't hastate and come you'll enjoy every moment

The owners are lovely and kind, will help you in everything you need(: An Exellent location, rooms are clean, there is an AC and the price is great!

Nice place to stay, you feel like home, near the ferry terminal right in down town, restaurants at walking distance ,Ismael is a great host! Highly recommended.

Loved my stay at Casa Calido! The name says it all, it is a warm hearted house! The property in which I always used to stay in Cozumel closed, so had to search for a new place. Casa Calido was perfect for me, just what I was looking for. I visit Cozumel to dive, this time initially for 4 days, ended up staying 5! Although the rooms are in the lower level, my room was bright, simply but nicely decorated white and turquoise, so made it up for the lack of natural light. To my surprise it was cleaned daily. It doesn’t offer the hotel amenities like toiletries, but that is not important to me. Maria was very kind to provide me with a towel, but just so you know, go prepared with your own towel and toiletries. There were minor technical issues but were promptly resolved by Jose, so be sure that if you stay at Casa Calido they will take care of you. There is no front desk but they are always available on the phone so you can contact them. It's a very basic place, but super clean, safe, comfortable, there is a fridge outside the rooms in case you need to store something. Its in the center just a little outside from the main streets, but safe area and close to everything. What makes the place a 10 is Maria and Jose hospitality. From the moment you arrive they make you feel very welcome. I had nice chats with Maria, she gave me lots of recommendations on what to do in Cozumel and where to eat. They were very kind in taking me to a nice spot by the sea to enjoy the sunset and snorkel, that was very nice from them. I was sad to leave. But I will definitely return. Very clean and convenient location. Great rates. Safe. We will stay again. No hot water. The owners and employees were very helpful and kind. Shared refrigerator available.

Nice little hotel, especially for the price. Great location (5 min walk from the ferries) and the owner was lovely (she only spoke Spanish and we speak limited Spanish but check in was still easy). Room had a private bathroom (toilet roll replaced daily and bin emptied also). Air con which really worked and a tv. Beds were comfortable and the room was dark at night. Noisy during the day but we didn't notice it at night. Large room with bedding and pillows. Only downstairs were no hot water (but that's manageable in the hot weather) and no windows in the room so felt a bit "caged in". But the benefits to that meant really safe (front door to the hotel was always locked as well as a room lock). Plus as we were outside most of the time it was fine and worth it for the cheap price. We booked an hour before we arrived and owner had our information which was good. Easy to fine. The front door is blue with a door bell. Bars and restaurants near by
