P	Patrick Wedge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!!!! we did the king bungalow top floor. special place and incredible sunsets. The host Miaami i think WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. They do bike rentals and have inexpensive very tasty tacos! I booked randomly and it surpassed all expectations. The host Miaami (probably wrong spelling) was so cute, professional, friendly and thoughtful. She made our entire stay!!!!! When you meet her you will understand she's a muse! The rest of the staff was top notch. Good drinks and nightlife. Noise as expected at night so take your sleepy pills.
M	MIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and in a perfect location! Rooms are just as advertised! The host was so friendly and helpful! Great for the price. Room was a bit damp but this was the 3rd hotel I stayed at in Tulum and can say that was the norm. This was only a slight problem when I wanted my bathing suit to dry. I had a fan above the bed that helped me stay cool all night! Overall great stay and would love to come back post covid! If you’re looking for a place by all the beach clubs then this is the place!

Therefore, we barely slept and decided we didn’t want to spend another night in the hotel. We talked with Alejandro and suggested how he could optimize the cabin with a clamboo as a protection for his guests. He gave a poor explanation wherein he didn’t take responsibility for the hiegenic state and safety of his guests. We didn’t get out money back for the second night which we decided to not spend there. For both the poor customer service and unfortunate hiegenic state of the cabin we review the hotel badly.
P	Pierre Gulick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautifully redesigned boutique hotel with 7 unique rooms, the best one is the cenote suite which is the only room with a jacuzzi that looks like a cenote surrounded by 3D jungle. That room was beautiful and cozy. The staff is super friendly with warm hospitality and are so accommodating with each request. The stay was so comfortable and relaxing. A work of advice is to be prepared for being off the grid with little to no cellular network, spotty wifi, possible power interruptions, and no on-site parking. Enjoy your stay!

Unfortunately the owner didn’t help us out with a clamboo or something or anything to protect us from this. Of course the hut is in the jungle but if you appreciate a good night of sleep and a hygienic bed I would definitely not recommend this place. We cancelled the second night for this reason. Unfortunately also we did not receive a refund for anything.

I	Ildikó Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience here! Stayed here for 4 nights and I would come back. Location is best, the room was clean, and just like on the pictures. The staff was super helpful and friendly. But you must know: until 2am, the music is loud in the area, and you can hear it in the room. Water in the shower stays warm for a few minutes, so you must be quick. Wifi works well. Mini market, cafe and beach is right next door. If you want a budget friendly but good place, it’a perfect, however I would recommend it to people who want to go out at night or are good sleepers even with noises. One thing I missed is a drawer or wardrobe to store your clothes and stuff.

We had a particularly excellent experience with the check-in staff, and they also have nice cats at the place who made our stay more enjoyable. ? The general staff were super nice and helpful as well. Negatives: Expect loud music from neighboring bars at night. We also had bed bugs unfortunately. Our room (cloud) was not air conditioned, and it got quite hot at night. (This was our fault, we should have paid more attention while booking, but still, when you pay so much, keep this in mind.)
