My 100% honest opinion of our stay: Logistics: 1) 5-night stay from 2/23 to 2/27/22; 8 adults (four bedrooms, three bathrooms suite on Level 2) Positives: 2) Nicely appointed, spacious interiors 3) Close to the beach (within a few blocks) 4) Air conditioning was excellent (in the rooms, not the lobby) 5) There is supposedly a pool, but no one wanted to climb six flights of stairs to go find it (see #8 below) 6) Close to the activity on 5th Avenue 7) The tap water did not make me sick Negatives: 8) The elevator was broken the entire week we were there (and for some time before, I think) 9) The water pressure was very low 10) There was zero hot water in the showers (but they did have it in the kitchen) 11) The beds were the hardest and most uncomfortable I've ever slept on (didn't get much sleep) 12) The internet was spotty, at best (which may be a function of the concrete wall construction in that area) 13) Construction noise across the street (although not overly intrusive) 14) Discovered on the last day that our bedroom window (opens to the lobby) wasn't secure the entire time we were there, and couldn't be secured at all. End Result: 15) I'll try someplace else next time I go to Playa Del Carmen

Very nice Interior We book 2 apartments interconnected on 1st floor 2 master bedroom with bathroom 1 small bedroom common bathroom outside 1 with 2 queen beds no attach bathroom 2 kitchen Small Terrace pool Lift out of Order But at the the time of booking they hide such maintenance issue
