★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if they are promoting this spot as in Playa del Carmen, actually the place is quite remotely located from the center (8 km) and the beach (25 minutes on foot). Being located in an area in full development, the place is unbelievable clean and quiet. The apartment I got was really decent with only a few issues - one of the toilets has the door so close to the WC that made impossible to close the door, and the is no aerial or cable TV - the owner argued it has IPTV and Netflix, though. You need a car for sure here.
