★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to find for taxi drivers, Did not know there were no towels given and 12 noon check out is very strict! The ouple who made breakfast were lovely. Pools is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we just loved it ! huge rooms and clean, also very near a local beach where we enjoyed most of our time ! also was easy to use public transport. Breakfast was good as well. Nothing to complain about !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring drinking water can be bought 2 big jugs for 60 pesos at the corner store 1/2 block away, and your hair dryer. We loved being out of the city of cancun and right on the Carib. Ocean. The units are 2br/2bath with kitchen/living rooms. Ferry right there. We had unit on 1st floor by pool because of Low cost Mexican surgery. Great place to recover. Short 6 to 8 min drive to doctors in cancun.
Lovely palpa on the ocean with nice bonus: eggs omlet, toast, etc. breakfast served to you if you sit down with a cup of coffee by a sweet Mexican woman.We were happy to bless her back with our gratuity.
BTW Manager is sweet and speaks English well. I asked for ice cube trays and a skillet and bowl and pan and she got it for me. Don't expect stocked kitchen. The beds are king size.

Pros: nice view, right on the harbor. Light breakfast with coffee included. Lots of space... we had the 2 bedroom with 2 bath. Outdoor and indoor dining options.
Cons: bit of a working class neighborhood and a little out of the way.
We had water dripping into out room (plumbing problem) and they didnt really do a anything. manger speaks ni English.
Kitchen was not well equipped.

Rustic style with all the necessary comfort, stove, fridge, dining room etc... for a reasonable price.
Very nice place to relax by the sea with swimming pool and terrace for lunch.
The staff is very friendly with their dog and cute guardian angel "Chepino"
"Chepino" is a very nice dog, social and not aggressive at all, so please respect him as a human being...thank you.
I will definitely return to this hotel ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are fantastic, Mercedes the hotel manager is exceptional. Isabel in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the hospitality of everyone The surroundings were beautiful. Definitely will stay again on our next visit without hesitation. Room was very clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A slightly disheveled local hotel, but with very reasonable prices, we loved the place. If you want a Holiday Inn experience then don't come here, but if you have traveled or backpacked you will recognize Casa Caribe as an excellent place to stay
The Mexican breakfast is simple but good, and the pool is nice. We loved the jungle-like feel of the place with its thousands of plants and quirky decor.
Our two bedroom apartment was muy bonito. It had a fantastic sea view from the living room, and there were two balconies. The kitchen was simple and could use more equipment, but the fridge worked.
There were other items that we could point out that were deficiencies but the charm of the place made up for them.
