Casa Chica – Weekly or monthly rental, or for a quiet weekend getaway, it’s the perfect quiet downtown location for entertaining friends, clients.

This is our newest addition to the Casa Tres Cervezas properties. Adjoining the main house through a courtyard, this newly renovated 2-3 bedroom luxury vacation home is the right solution for guests who need less room, but who enjoy the same top quality services and central location that Casa Tres Cervezas offers. Both properties are located just 2 blocks from the “Jardín” (Main Square) on the quiet cobblestone street of Chiquitos.

An elegant grand entry opens to a large skylit living room, with a cantera stone fireplace, comfortable furniture and a large mesquite library work table.

Upstairs from the living room, and along the mezzanine you’ll find the cozy King and Queen en suite bedrooms. Both have walk in showers, TV’s, and separate heating and AC. Depending on availability, another King suite is available as well as the pool, jacuzzi and yoga room. Please call for details.

On the 3rd floor is a large, private rooftop patio with sweeping views of the whole town, great for small dinners or sunset cocktails.
