★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can say something different , termites in one of the closest, we get a warm welcome from a white worm in our bedroom after a night out. Morning breakfast can be a problem and it was not included in my fare, noisy in the mornings. Just a bad experience. Nice people work here but the place need serious adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry for the bad rate. The hotel itself is beautiful and very quite, rooms are great, bathrooms are very nice, breakfast is delicious (extra payment) but they don't even have a beer to sell to you.
The great downgrade here is that we put our money in the safebox and 160U$ disappear.
The hotel just said that they trust 99.9% in their employee and that the lock of the safebox could only be opened for an expert.
Then I realized that the safebox was sealed with silicon!!!! And I forced it and opened it with my finger!
Truly, all the good first impression went off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving it five stars because it is an awesome place to host a wedding. My first room was awesome than they moved me to 105, which wasn't so great. But definitely book it out and host an event!

The location is excellent. the room and bathroom are very clean and spacious, with a design that makes you fall in love for the pleasanton. All staff are very friendly. Definitely we are coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel very close to the downtown center. Looks incredible upon entering and the rooms are very nice also. Breakfast could be a bit better as there were only 2 choices (Chilaquiles or scrambled eggs) but it wasnt bad for 70 pesos. However, there are many incredible choices nearby so it's a non issue. The hostess was very friendly and also spoke some english. This is also considered one of the top 10 best honeymoon retreats in San Miguel. I will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean hotel with a very different feel (in a good way). Located right near all the attractions and getting a cab to go to bus station or airport is also not difficult. Its 5-10 mins walk from all major tourist attractions. Very close to all tourist restaurants and bars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent choice for a trip to SMA. A very tranquil hotel with wonderful service personnel. Room was comfortable and clean. Grey water pressure. Located near many great.restaurants. 10 minute walk to the grand iglesia. The price is a deal for what you get.
