Super endroit pour séjourner à Cozumel de préférence avec un scooter ou un véhicule. Chambre propre et confortable. Un patio très agréable. Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre ce qui est rarement le cas au Mexique.

Stayed here for a week while my Father was in the hospital. Such a nice new place. Great location felt very safe walking around. Stores and restaurants close by. Nice patio to enjoy the cool breeze. I am happy to recommend to anyone!

My girlfriend and I spent a few days here during the holidays. Both of us were impressed by the speediness of the host. We wanted to check the location out before buying on Airbnb and got caught in the rain. Within minutes of purchasing, Patrick showed up and saved us from the downpour. This is located a few blocks from the noise of the city, but not too far that you cannot walk. We enjoyed walking through the area and eventually rented a scooter. The location has high walls and space to store the scooter upfront, safety was of no concern during our stay. The room was exactly as advertised and the common areas were lovely. My cons were the tv was difficult to control so we ended up using our phones before going to bed. Also hot water is not guaranteed but I believe this was because the location was fully booked during our stay. All in all, it was a great experience and quite honestly, there is no beating the price for what you are getting; privacy, safety, and convenience.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and comfortable. Wonderful quiet backyard and outdoor kitchen but the best is all the local flare within blocks! Owners/managers are a delight to visit with and take care of you. Very knowledgeable helpful with all your needs.

If you are looking for a great value on a simple room that will have everything you need in a quiet location where you feel like you are living in Cozumel as opposed to just visiting as a tourist, I highly recommend Casa Cocao Apartments. The inner courtyard is an absolute joy to relax in, the outdoors kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, and the absolute highlight is the wonderful hospitality by owner Patrick. He really goes above and beyond with any request that we had at any hour.

Very nice place, clean and with everything we need The patio is pretty and it is nice to take the breakfast outside It is a goid 15-20min walk away from the harbore but you can take a taxi as well

Spent the last two weeks at Casa Cocoa and really appreciated all the recommendations and help from the host Patrick, as well as the cleaning lady. They both provided me with local insights during my stay, made sure I was having a comfortable stay and cared about how I felt. I liked using the kitchen in the garden/courtyard, which had sufficient facilities and offered a relaxing open air environment. Casa Cocoa will definitely be home again when I come back to Cozumel in the future. From a location point of view, it's located around 10 minutes to the main market and 25 minutes walk to the sea side. There were local grocery stores and eateries around. Easy accessible, comfortable stay and good value for money. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was very beautiful! Bed was very comfy, water in the shower was hot when you wanted it to be and the outdoor kitchen was just amazing and convenient! Also very well equipped! We found a few bugs/beatles in our bags and clothes and that was probably because of a little space under the door.
