 HEAVY STORE, VERY BAD SERVICE. DO NOT DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE WHEN THEY ARE AND THE MERCHANDISE DELIVERED IS IN A PESTICIDE STATE. I ASKED FOR THE RETURN OF MY MONEY AND WANTED TO REMOVE 20%, OF COURSE I DO NOT ACCEDI. BEWARE OF THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS THAT IS NOT WELL ESTABLISHED.

Compré un comedor desde el 26 de abril y me dijeron que el tiempo de entrega era de 4 semanas, ya que no contaban con las sillas en bodega. Pedí que me entregaran la mesa y el buffet, pero hoy, 20 de junio, mis sillas siguen sin llegar.
La atención pésima en call center. Cada vez que hablo me dan una fecha nueva de llegada para las sillas. Llevo mas de un mes hablando y sigue sucediendo lo mismo.
NO COMPREN SUS MUEBLES AQUI.
Casa de Las Lomas is a joke. For anyone considering buying from this store, I suggest they reconsider. I bought a dining room from April 26 and they told me that the delivery time was 4 weeks, since they did not have the chairs in the warehouse. I asked for the table and the buffet to be delivered, but today, June 20, my chairs still do not arrive.
The terrible attention in the call center. Every time I speak they give me a new arrival date for the chairs. I've been talking for more than a month and the same thing keeps happening.
DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un sillón por Internet con fecha de entrega de 4 días. Van más de 7 semanas y aun no me entregan nada y no saben decirme cuando me entregaran pues cada semana me cambian la fecha.
NO recomiendo comprar aquí habiendo tantas otras opciones que si cumplen con las entregas
Buy a chair online with a delivery date of 4 days. It's been more than 7 weeks and they still don't give me anything and they don't know how to tell me when they will deliver me because every week they change the date.

Ordene un comedor y un buffet y muy formales quedaron en enviarmelo en un mes porque según los iban a fabricar desde cero, sin embargo tardó mucho más tiempo y ni siquiera contestaban mis llamadas. Cuando me los entregaron estaban en un estado deplorable, TODOS GOLPEADOS, además de reparados, no eran fabricados como prometieron.
PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y TERRIBLE CALIDAD, NO LES RECOMIENDO NADA DE LA TIENDA Y SI LO HACEN SOLO SE LLAVARÁN UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I GIVE THEM A STAR BECAUSE GOOGLE FORCES ME BUT I DON'T LEAVE ANY.
I ordered a dining room and a buffet and they were very formal to send it to me in a month because they were going to make them from scratch, however it took much longer and they didn't even answer my calls. When they were delivered to me, they were in a deplorable state, EVERYONE HIT, in addition to being repaired, they were not manufactured as promised.
POOR ATTENTION AND TERRIBLE QUALITY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THE STORE AND IF THEY DO IT, YOU WILL ONLY GET A BAD EXPERIENCE.

No te recomiendo comprar en esta tienda.
Voy el buen fin, decido comprar 2 sillones con un valor de 18000$, le digo a la vendedora que un sillón tiene polvo si lo pueden limpiar antes de enviarlo y me contesta que no, diciendo que no tenían con qué hacerlo.
Su nombre es Karina, cero empatía con el público y una falta total de interés por vender.
Cuando hago la compra, me dicen que debo pagar el flete cuando vivo a la vuelta de la tienda, una vergüenza!
Me traen los sillones y a los 3 días me doy cuenta que el cojín está descosido, hablo a la tienda y me dicen que no tiene garantía porque era de exposición,otra pésima vendedora muy grosera, su nombre Gisela.
Hasta ahora estoy esperando que vengan a reparar el sillón !
Aconsejo a los dueños de esta mueblería revisen la atención que brindan y lean los comentarios en las redes sociales.
Con razón esta vacía la mayor parte del tiempo.
Te repito: No compres, fue un gran error el mío !!!!!!

Me cuelgan por teléfono y se pasan la bolita entre ellos. Tengo un sillón que no sirve y nadie que se responsabilice...NO COMPREN!
Not a star. The chair lasted less than a month. It took 3 months to replace it under guarantee, they brought it WITHOUT LEGS !!! And now they don't know when they arrive, they keep giving me long. They hang up on me on the phone and pass the ball to each other. I have an armchair that does not work and no one to take responsibility ... DO NOT BUY!
