Casa de los Sueños - B

This is by far our favorite Mexico destination. The rooms are so cute and the property as a whole is stunning...views that are unmatched. Activities for everyone and the most beautiful dock and waters. Chris and Celine are amazing as are all of the employees at Kin Ha, Teo and Arturo are close to our hearts... Can't wait to go back!!

The hotel was recommended by a couple on the beach who raved about their stay. I only had one night left, so took a chance and booked. It was beyond amazing starting with the check in by Selene, to walking into the stylist comfortable room, decorated with warm colors, inviting sheets, bath robes and an array of high quality soaps, lotions and shampoo. It rained parts of the day, but the serene atmosphere and being able to look out on the ocean from my comfortable patio while drinking an assortment of beverages from the refrigerator that was included with the room. The bedding was crisp, white and the Mexican throw and pillows added a touch of color. Unbelievable huge shower, endless hot water ( which was a first in my 3 month stay unlike at another location) Breakfast was so good and pleasing to the eye( I took many pictures to send home so they would see with their own eyes.). By now I’m sure you should know, I am already planning my next stay which will be at least 10 days. Selfishly, I would love to keep the location a secret, but this hotel deserves a 5 star review and guest from around the world to enjoy their hospitality and excellent customer service, a special thanks to Chris also for his professionalism and obvious love for his job and start.

We really enjoyed our brief stay here but wish we had longer. I recommend you stay at least 3 nights to fully enjoy the space at the restaurant, waterfront, and the hotel pool! Being able to use the bikes is great too, we biked down to Punta Sur and also biked north into town for some restaurants. Good price, friendly and helpful staff, and just a beautiful spot to rest and relax.

Amazing hotel, astonishing view. Great service by all the staff, they all speak English! Strongly recommended! The only issue is lack of sand at the beach but everything else is close to perfect

The staff here are wonderful, helpful, supportive. I will return and it will not be a thought of going to another boutique hotel. Wonderful memories with aspirations of many more....they really exceeded all my expectations on my proposal to my fiance. Ty to Chris, Carlos, and Val for putting up with us and making our time an awesome experience. Life long memories!

My husband and I just stayed here for our 30th Anniversary, it was wonderful, from the time we arrived, they surprised us with our room, the bed was decorated beautifully. Carlos and Valerie met our every need, they were so much help. The place was beautifully set with the infinity pool looking over to the gorgeous blue ocean. The rooms are very nice and everything is so clean. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous hotel! The view of the infinity pool with the marvelous ocean ahead of it is spectacular. At night, you can lay down in one of the chairs and watch the lights of the resorts in Cancun or spot a falling star while stargazing. The rooms are in pristine conditions. There are 4 bikes available for you to bike around the island. If you are staying in the Casa de Los Suenos, you have a free item for breakfast on the Kin Ha beach club and they have kayaks, paddle boards, three pools, one is a pool bar and a gorgeous pier, a water slide. The whole experience is just fantastic. You will have the time of your life.

Chris was amazing at hooking us up with taxis and anything else we needed! The whole staff was so kind and courteous. Carlos and Belle were amazing as well. They made us feel very comfortable and helped with whatever we needed. Made our stay relaxing and made us feel at ease. Beautiful views and the food at Kin Ha was amazing. Plan on coming back! Also Marvin and Nina the dogs were so cute and friendly!!
