★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, 45 minutos de espera, una recepcionista grosera y vulgar ( sorbiendose los mocos, literalmente) hablando terrible sobre los demás clientes / pacientes.
Cuando al fin llego la Doctora, ni siquiera tuvo la humildad de ofrecer una disculpa honesta, como si mis 45 minutos de espera no fueran valiosos.
 AWFUL ATTENTION, 45 minute wait, a rude and vulgar receptionist (sniffing, literally) talking terrible about the other clients / patients.
When the Doctor finally arrived, she didn't even have the humility to offer an honest apology, as if my 45-minute wait wasn't worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had some sun spots on his face that needed to be removed, and Dr. Sam Verdin examined them carefully & thoroughly to make sure that they were not cancerous. She then removed them, by first applied a numbing agent, so that he would feel no pain, and then freezing them off. She spoke to my husband about the importance of protecting his skin and wearing sun tan lotion, which is something that our regular doctor in the US has not done. My husband explained that he was allergic to most sun tan lotions, so she provided him with some samples which he might tolerate better; she also suggested that there is a pill that he can take which works from the outside in. We found Dr. Sam Verdin to be excellent, caring, knowledgeable; we highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was very nice, very honest, & the cost was very reasonable. I loved that she made sure to use all of my filler, because I've been to another country that charged me for a couple and then told me I could not use the rest anywhere else, so did not use the rest. She also did not try to upsell me products and focused on what I asked for. I'm definently coming back next year!
