★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que tener mucho cuidado con el personal que ahí atiende. Recibí pésimo servicio del gerente Emanuel Pedrero, se negó emitir factura por una compra que realicé hace dos días, en ese dia no llevaba mi RFC mi empleado y nunca le dijeron que no se podía en otro día.
El argumento de está persona, inválido fiscalmente hablando, además de una actitud muy fea hacia mi persona.
Lamento no estar satisfecha con el servicio porque eso sí, el producto comprado es de buena calidad.Opté por AVANTE luego de revisar dos opciones de la competencia.
Habría que prestar atención en la selección de personal de las sucursales y tratar de brindarles algún curso de atención al cliente y el buen servicio; ello puede hacer la diferencia cuando un cliente tiene duda al decidir el lugar oara realizar sus compras.
