L	Lucía Palav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPCIONANTE. NO VENGÁIS. Reservamos 4 días. Llegamos y NO HAY LUZ en la casa, todo va por placa solar…las baterías rotas. Viene el gerente con dos velas insinuando que toda la estancia vamos a estar sin luz. Efectivamente TODA la estancia sin luz: obviamente sin nevera (toda la comida comprada desde Valladolid echada a perder), sin ventiladores, muertos de calor desde las 6 de la tarde que anochece hasta la mañana siguiente sin un minuto de luz. El encargado no se preocupó por saber cómo estábamos, no vino ni un día a traernos ni una mísera linterna que iba a darnos para poder alumbrarnos a la noche, solo con 2 velas que trajo el primer día. Todos los días de la estancia hemos tenido que invertir nuestro tiempo (de vacaciones) en discutir con el dueño, en buscar soluciones que nunca llegaron, en estar pendientes de las baterías…etc. Horrible. Lo decepcionante especialmente ha sido el trato, la cero preocupación personal por saber cómo están los inquilinos que han rentado su casa con tanta ilusión desde tan lejos. Finalmente, la única alternativa fue hacernos un descuento del precio, ya que estábamos en condiciones nefastas. DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT COME. We booked 4 days. We arrive and there is NO LIGHT in the house, everything goes by solar panel ... the batteries are broken. The manager comes with two candles, hinting that the entire room will be without light. Indeed, the ENTIRE stay without light: obviously without a refrigerator (all the food bought from Valladolid spoiled), without fans, dead from heat from 6 in the afternoon until the next morning without a minute of light. The manager did not care to know how we were, he did not come for a day to bring us a miserable lantern that he was going to give us to be able to light us at night, only with 2 candles that he brought the first day. Every day of the stay we have had to invest our time (on vacation) in arguing with the owner, in looking for solutions that never came, in being aware of the batteries ... etc. Horrible. The especially disappointing thing has been the treatment, the zero personal concern to know how are the tenants who have rented their house with such enthusiasm from so far away.
