★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay in Guanajuato. Really convenient and amazing staff. Mexican breakfast is really good. Place is super clean and quiet. Really close to the main attractions. The terrace offers some amazing views on the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay at this place. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The location is perfect if you don't mind walking a bit to get there, which we didn't. The place itself is a little funky, but very clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Casa de Pita from 13 March to 15 March. The house is very inviting and warm. Centrally located. Breakfast is included w the price of your stay. However, they have some rules that limit the use of their facilities. You are not allowed to use the fridge, kitchen or dining room table. The only exception is for breakfast. So if u decide to buy groceries and want to cook your own meals, you can not. Additionally, the terrace is beautiful w wonderful views but your are not allowed after 8pm. I had trouble getting hot water when I showered, and because the house is located close to some dance clubs, you hear all the noise till the wee hours of the morning. I've stayed at many hostels before, so I can say w certainty that Casa de Pita is not the most convenient and/or friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decoration is okay, but the washroom is so small, less than 0.5 meter square. However, the worst part is the noise from dance clubs keeps going and going, which makes people impossible to sleep. It’s already 4 am and I’m writing the review. Thus, I highly recommend all customers do not choose this hotel as it will definitely ruin your vocation. Definitely!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were comfortable and charmed by this quaint villa. No problems with hot water, beds, service. Early evening street music entertained us, otherwise no noise to keep us from good sleep. Hostess Denise spoke good English and set up taxi for night time ride to airport. Only disappointment was the ending of breakfast, which was probably the fault of COVID.
