My Fiancé and I are touring venues and accommodations for our wedding next year in San Miguel. We have been touring hotels and venues non-stop for three days and just had the most amazing customer service today from Lourdes Salazar. Lourdes showed us around the different houses and rooms and demonstrated exemplary knowledge of the hotel and the area. More than that, Lourdes was so kind, sweet and genuine that our entire day was made better because of her. We are now heavily leaning towards Sierra Nevada for our wedding accommodations and would highly recommend to those looking for a fantastic San Miguel experience. Incredible service here top-notch, and not only was the service was so perfect, but it was also a challenge for me to leave such an excellent review. Where do I start? I am so thankful for Mario Alvarez Ponce from the concierge, who went above and beyond in helping us months in advance in planning and booking our itinerary in San Miguel De Allende; without Mario’s help, I think the trip wouldn’t have been the same; so Thank you indeed! Another big thank you was to Enrique Sanchez, who made us feel welcomed and at home away from home. Staying here felt as if I was part of the Belmond family. I felt extremely comfortable here. I never experienced anything like this before with any hotel in the past. I honestly can't wait to come back as I didn't want to leave this magnificent place. Another memorable experience was at breakfast the lovely waiters and servers who were always so cheerful, kind, and helpful. Thank you to Samuel, Golden others who I might have forgotten their names. God bless them all. If you stay here, Expect the unexpected here in a very good way! Thank you to everyone at Casa De Sierra Nevada. What a magical 3 days we had staying at Casa de Sierra Nevada! We’ve come to expect great things from Belmond properties and this hotel more than lives up to the high standard set by the brand around the world. The public spaces and rooms are beautiful and have a true sense of place. The hotel really feels like a gracious home from a time gone by. It is serene, lush, and effortlessly elegant. We loved the blue textiles throughout the room and property, the wrought iron lanterns and light fixtures, and the paintings in casa principal and the blue bar. Service was simply perfect: genuine, attentive, and unobtrusive but highly polished. In particular, Enrique the manager on duty, Eleazar, and Roberto took wonderful care of us. No request was ever too much. Food and drink were consistently top notch. We look forward to returning again one day!

Having a birthday celebration at Casa de Sierra was a magical experience. The service, rooms, and interior decor were all beautiful. Lourdes was the best hospitality manager we have ever experienced. We received a massage that was truly one of a kind.

Casa de Sierra Nevada is such a wonderful place hidden in the center of San Miguel! Our room had the most beautiful view on the city with a private jacuzzi on the rooftop! The food was incredibly delicious, chef Eduardo and chef Ruben made some incredible dishes all vegan for us!

My husband and I travelled to San Miguel de Allende for the first time over the holidays and fell in love with the town, the culture, and our time at the Casa de Sierra Nevada. Our stay was perfect! Our experience in San Miguel was only enhanced by the wonderful and attentive staff at the Belmond and the hotel's ideal location close to the city center, making our quick stay even more memorable. Efrén was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs and requests and, likewise, Mario at the front desk made great recommendations and made us reservations at a top-notch roof top restaurant and tequila tasting. Thank you so much to all the Belmond staff who made our experience in San Miguel de Allende so splendid!

We just spent 5 nights at Casa Sierra Nevada and could not have been more pleased. The property is STUNNING! It felt almost like we were guests at someone’s private home because it was so authentic. The gardens and landscaping are breathtaking, and our room was perfect for what we needed. The staff made us feel pampered and cared for, and since it’s a relatively small property we were able to become familiar with some of the staff…it felt very personal. They were friendly, kind, and SO helpful. I messaged our host, Joel, asking for a fan for our room and we had one almost immediately. (Our room was cool, I just run hot all the time and needed a fan.) He also gave great recommendations for restaurants, and was available to answer quite a few questions for me through What’s App. The Housekeeping staff did an amazing job, as well. They always left charming little details behind, and each evening at turn down service they would leave a little surprise for me and my husband. The room always felt clean and organized, which added to the feeling of being pampered. I’m sad to leave San Miguel de Allende but I’m just as sad to leave the hotel. What a delightful experience!!!!

Top notch hotel and service. The rooms and breakfast are amazing. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. All the hotel restaurants were marvelous. Hotel is spread over 3 wonderful old building. All the inside courtyards and landscaping is very well done and very relaxing . I personally like the building next to the artisan park which is the one farthest away but also has the best little restaurant. It’s about 5 minutes walk and if you don’t like walking they drive you back and forth anytime. Breakfast and bar is in the main building. The service and massage at the spa was A+.
