★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most wonderful time at Casa de Siete Balcones. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed graciously and allowed to check into our room early. The location can’t be beat. It’s right in the middle of Centro - 4 minutes to Santo Damingo. 3 minutes to the Zocalo. The room was very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. We started each morning with a perfect breakfast and fresh juice. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and available at all times. We were appreciative of how attentive they were, even late at night. Cannot recommend staying here enough and we cannot wait to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is beautiful and the location couldn’t be better, walking distance to Great restaurants, the Zocalo and mercados.
What is truly amazing is the service, from the front desk staff- especially Fabian- to the cleaning and breakfast cooking crew. They really make you feel at home.
Highly recommend Casa de los Siete Balcones. I know we will stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in a cool colonial building, which lends itself to some very spacious-feeling rooms due to the high ceilings. Staff are extremely kind and helpful, and will go to great lengths to assist you and create a welcoming environment. Street traffic noise can be a bit loud (common in most of the center), but the balcony doors at least have some soundproofing unlike other hotels in the center.

Casa staff very responsive leading up to the trip, helping with coordinating transport, arrival dates, and addressing our specific requests. Throughout the stay the team was very accommodating, but most importantly friendly.
Breakfast was awesome.
Superb location, located in heart of centro with many amazing restaurants and shops.
Felt very safe through the stay.
Cleanliness: 10/10. Rooms and facilities were always kept in pristine condition
Perfect place to base out of while exploring the area.
