★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está como a 25 minutos en auto de la zona hotelera pero buen lugar, muy cómodo, fresco y el costo muy accesible. Buena atención y amabilidad. Tiene servicio de Wi-fi, aire acondicionado, una cocina compartida, los cuartos son independientes con baño incluido. Muy bonito y cómodo sobre todo, se descansa bien.
It is about 25 minutes by car from the hotel zone but a good place, very comfortable, fresh and very affordable. Good attention and kindness. It has Wi-fi service, air conditioning, a shared kitchen, the rooms are independent with bathroom included. Very nice and comfortable above all, you rest well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues mira de acuerdo a nuestra experiencia Al momento de llegar, inclusive antes de llegar la persona encargada se estuvo comunicando con nosotros y nos mandó la ubicación (cosa que es muy bueno) y a nuestra llegada nos recibieron amablemente y nos indicaron nuestra habitación, la cual encontramos muy limpia y ya con el aire prendido y con unas figuras hechas con las toallas, que nos agradó el detalle. Recomiendo este lugar por si vas de paso, y si vas a tomar el avión al siguiente día, pues queda muy cerca del aeropuerto.
Cuenta con wi-fi, alberca y áreas compartidas, como cocina inclusive una mesa de billar.

I recommend this place if you are passing through, and if you are going to take the plane the next day, because it is very close to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy about no hot water to shower, I wish owner at least warned me before we book it. My room smells mould and it was very difficult to find the place, good took us to the most difficult driving dirt road with holes we ever drove before at middle of the night . Pretty bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, beautiful garden, really nice large pool, very clean all around and very homey and comfortable. The house is beautiful and well maintained all around and really nice decorated. Couldn't ask for a better place weather its a short or long stay. Yes there in no hot water in the showers but ofcourse its not needed being that its hot outside and the water is not freezing just as one would call it room temperature. Not to mention that El Encanto is a very short drive from the airport and avoids the Cancun downtown traffic when going driving to most tourist areas or when heading to Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum is saves you time. Overall its was an amazing place to spend our vacations at.
