★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios un poco elevados, atención un poco lenta y por cierto compré silicón de oferta al 50% y de plano todo se fue a la basura porque sus fechas de caducidad están algo vencidas estos productos su consistencia parecía como chicle perdió completamente su efectividad.
Prices a bit high, attention a bit slow and by the way I bought a 50% discount silicone and everything went to waste because their expiration dates are somewhat overdue, these products, their consistency seemed like chewing gum, completely lost their effectiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien surtido, tiene estacionamiento, trato amable.. Pero lentiiiiiiiiiiiiiísimo para despachar a cada persona. Sólo había 2 personas cuando fui y aún así tardaron muchísimo, hay 2 cajas pero solo 1 estaba abierta.
Well stocked, has parking, friendly treatment .. But very slow to dispatch each person. There were only 2 people when I went and it still took forever, there are 2 boxes but only 1 was open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les compré un producto para pegar vidrio "LOCTITE", y no sirvió, no pega vidrio con vidrio, fui a reclamar si producto y no me lo quisieron cambiar ni hacer devolución del dinero, aún que en la tienda las personas del mostrador también hicieron la prueba y llegando a la misma conclusión del reclamo... No sirvió el pegamento, además me condicionaron a darme una nota de crédito, lo cual estoy en total desacuerdo, porque con este trato lo único que quiero es nunca más regresar a su tienda, donde me doy cuenta que su empresa aunque tenga más de 50 años de existencia, tratan al cliente de la fregada, su pensamiento es pequeño al lado de tantos años que se deben a su clientela. Que lástima me da que la gente que tienen al frente de la tienda no tengan la más mínima idea de como cuidar al cliente.
