★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seraphim & Itzal could not do enough for us.. Especially advice, making arrangements etc. Most appreciated was their time & transport to local attractions twice a day. Personal service provided. We had quite a lot of luggage so a bit short on cupboard / drawer space but room was modern, clean with very large comfortable bed. Would recommend this gem.

Lovely B&B near Playa Del Carmen. Seraphim & Itzal are there to help you with anything you need. The room is clean, spacious, quiet, everything was perfect.
The breakfasts are delicious.
We stayed only one night - and this is the only negative comment I'd make :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay here but my dad did. He absolutely loved the space and kindness of hosts. The area is safe and calm. Because he can be forgetfull they walked him to his room everytime he came back, rather than providing him with a key to the door. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU! ?

You get discount to the many tours and places throw them, just ask!
Room is also ok, nothing special but really nice and clean, room service everyday.
Would definitely recommend!
