★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you go there. It could have a lot of seaweed !! Then the beach is awful and very dirty, there are a ton of plastic waste. The beach is not cleaned, even in the front of the villa. We were very disappointed.
The villa looks great on picture but actually it’s not very luxurious and beds are not comfortable at all...
On the other hand, the view on the roof top is amazing (except seaweed) and people who take care of us (Olga or the house keeper) were very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably beautiful house and location. Spotlessly clean and fresh, filled with different gorgeous spots to either seclude yourself or share with friends. The pool is delightful, it's about half the size of a full olympic-size pool. We had the ( lovely) garden lights turned off so we could see the stars and milky way - the best that any of our group had seen in decades.
The staff was up before dawn to groom to the beautiful beach, and they kept the entire house and grounds looking brand new. You should rent a car, the house is secluded. I kept fearing the road would be awful, but the whole biosphere road is better than the road in Tulum. The prepared food was good, not great, but just fine.
I truly have never been in such a beautiful private rental. We had the master bedroom which was stunning. There is a turret-like room on the very top, and a few other big nice rooms. At least one is smaller with singles I think.
