★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok, too basic with lots of room for improvement. Scarce furniture in the rooms, nowhere to put things away just a tiny night stand and no closer, just an Ikea type of structure. Far from downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best value for money you will find in San Miguel de Allende. It is an absolute gem in the city. The staff are truly amazing and Pedro, the manager is awesome. He will truly go out of his way to ensure you have a perfect stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected the hotel primarily due to appearance, private parking, and value. The room, breakfast, and location were all much better than expected.
The hotel has nice architecture, comfortable beds and linens, and was *very* clean. The breakfast did better than continental. Plenty of food to start the day. The big surprise was the number and variety of restaurants within a 12 minute walk with unexpected variety. It's also a nice walk through a neighborhood, past a park, and a luxury hotel. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Place seemed well run. Quite enjoyable all around.
I split my trip between a resort for 3 days and here for 2 when I decided to extend my stay. It was a good mix of accommodations for me. If I visited often, I would definitely use this as a home base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is really well located, great staff, lovely breakfast! Our friends who have stayed here love it!!! Anna goes above and beyond to help out with everything a guest might need! (Including going to the Jardin to meet a stranger when our friend lost her phone!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Goyri was spectacular! We could not have asked for a better place. The rooms were great, the staff was courteous, food tasty and the Hostess and Host (managers) were very attentive. Will stay again if the opportunity presents itself. Jackie and Mike.
