★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dios mio, si existe el paraiso se llama Casa Hokol y se encuentra en Telchac Puerto. El lugar es un P A R A IS O escondido y cumple con todas nuestras expectativas que teniamos. El servicio es como de un hotel de lujo de la rieviera maya en Cancun! El gerente es muy profesional y atento a todas nuestras preguntas o dudas. Nos presto el asador y hasta regalo un vino europeo de su tierra de alla. La casa tiene todo que uno puede necesitar y si le falta alg te lo consiquen inmeditamente. Nunca habia vivido algo asi en Yucatan. Parece de otro mundo el lugar. Unica cosa negativa de nuestros vacaciones era que se fue el tiempo tan rapido y que teniamos irnos. Pero hasta alla una sorpresa, el gerente nos llevo en Aeropuerto con su propio coche.
My God, if there is a paradise it is called Casa Hokol and it is located in Telchac Puerto. The place is a hidden P A R A IS O and meets all our expectations that we had. The service is like a luxury hotel in the Mayan river in Cancun! The manager is very professional and attentive to all our questions or concerns. He lent us the grill and he even gave us a European wine from his land there. The house has everything one might need and if something is missing, get it immediately. I had never experienced anything like this in Yucatan. The place seems otherworldly. The only negative thing about our vacation was that time went by so quickly and we had to leave. But even there a surprise, the manager took us to the airport with his own car.

Agua en la hermosa ducha calientissima, el refri esta nuevo y potente, el aire congela, agua en piscina cristalina con un bar con luces que giran: con una musica y asador que nos prestaron... Un estandar europeo de alta nivel. Pero lo que me sorprendio aun mas es el trato: excelente atenccion al cliente 24/7! Hasta algunos hoteles de 5 ***** podrian envidiar este trato. Cuando el coronavirus, regresamos con mi mujer sin duda alguna.
The place is beautiful, clean, safe and very well equipped. Water in the beautiful hot shower, the fridge is new and powerful, the air freezes, water in a crystal clear pool with a bar with rotating lights: with a music and grill that they lent us ... A high level European standard. But what surprised me even more is the treatment: excellent customer service 24/7! Even some 5 ***** hotels could envy this deal. When the coronavirus, we returned to my wife without a doubt.

La ubicación es de lo mejor, cerca de la playa, de la avenida principal y de tiendas.
Super tranquilo y cómodo. La alberca deliciosa y limpia. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y con todo para disfrutar de la estancia.

The location is the best, close to the beach, the main avenue and shops.
