nos hospedamos en un departamento con alberca privada, muy romantico excelentes acabados y una muy bonita decoracion, nos sentimos como en casa, lo tenia todo, la alberca en el roof tiene una vista increible, la atencion del personal fue muy buena, como un plus cuentan con cafeteria, todo muy rico. sin duda volveremos a casa Imox

El apartamento es amplio y el estilo es lindo, entre rústico y moderno. Está bien equipado, TV, internet, cocina, aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para cocinar. El estacionamiento está incluído en la propiedad solo que no está cerrado ni techado. Aspecto en el que puede mejorar: limpieza, si eres quisquilloso en este punto lo vas a notar. Las calles para llegar al lugar están terriblemente mal pero por supuesto esto no es responsabilidad del hotel sino de las autoridades.

The worst and most traumatizing travel experience of my life. The apartment it self is nice but other “guests” ( three women claiming to be staying next to us ) and police officers came knocking on our door one night claiming we scaled the balcony and stole money, jewelry, and clothing. They had some bizarre video evidence provided by Casa imox as well as photos of us that they secretly been taking for 24 hours. It was extremely violating to see those photos, they also knew ours names. They were demanding money otherwise they would arrest us and call immigration. Basically this was extortion, but these women and police and “someone else” had a template for how to frame you for a crime so that you will give up money to them, we didn’t end up giving them anything and after a half hour of arguing back and forth the police officers last words were “you are going to have a big problem tomorrow.” I mean these women low key deserve an Oscar, they covered all the bases , making it look like a real crime, going as far to report it to our air B and B host as well as the building. Bottom line is we were set up and someone was keeping tabs on us. Our host was barely in contact with us throughout this situation. She also believed that someone had actually stole something from these women and this video evidence was legit. Needless to say we cut our trip early and will never return to Casa Imox in Tulum ever again.

My favorite stay in Tulum! I extended my trip twice… great WiFi, nice/accommodating staff, and it’s a quiet/relaxing place close to hotspots in Tulum.

Very noisy, loud music blasting every night from this place. Do not recommend to stay anywhere near it. The Tulum property is the one I am talking about in La Veleta. It is noisy, music coming from the apartments can be heard across the street inside the apartments of the building in front of it. The roof top parties blast until late, people screaming in the swimming pool. When we ask to turn music down people are rude and refuse to cooperate with the neighbors. Usually people are loud when entering the building in the early hours of the morning too, pure drunk and loud property in the neighborhood of la veleta.
