R	Roberta Terra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajamos todos os anos para muitos lugares do mundo, ficamos de Airbnb, a hotéis de todos os níveis, bed and breakfast.. e no Soho Playa del Carmen, foi a pior de todas as experiências. Tudo começou com a espera de 4 horas na recepção após o horário de check in, tudo porque segundo o hotel, a agência não tinha feito a reserva e não havia reserva em meu nome, sendo que apresentei o voucher com a reserva feita, eles disseram que o voucher e nada daria no mesmo. Então movimentei o mundo e agência, que entrou em contato com eles, e por fim disseram que não tinham entendido meu nome, mesmo que meu sotaque não tenha dado para entender, apresentei o voucher e mal viram. Foram 4 horas com a mala na recepção. Após isso, disponibilizaram um quarto “temporário” para resolver a situação, porém ar condicionado não funcionava, frigobar não tinha.. fui questionar e segundo eles em alguns quartos não tinham frigobar. Enfim, fizeram um upgrade no café da manhã, cujo restaurante é anexo ao hotel, porém não faz parte do hotel. No dia 25/12, restaurante não abriu, ofereceram lunch box com saladas de frutas, pão, porém não tinham nenhum talher para comer, indaguei se comeríamos com a mão, já que a cidade estava fechada por se tratar de feriado de natal.. disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Suco para 1 pessoa e éramos 2.. Além disso, ficamos por 7 dias, piscina não foi limpa nenhuma vez sendo usada por hóspedes, banheiro do terraço sem limpeza e sem papel. Enfim.. show de horrores. Não esperávamos tanto problema, falta de higiene em uma época tão complicada no mundo. Não deveria estar funcionando nestas condições. Anyway, they did an upgrade for breakfast, whose restaurant is attached to the hotel, but is not part of the hotel. On 12/25, the restaurant did not open, they offered a lunch box with fruit salads, bread, but they had no cutlery to eat, I asked if we would eat with our hands, since the city was closed because it was a Christmas holiday. they said they couldn't do anything. Juice for 1 person and we were 2 .. In addition, we stayed for 7 days, the pool was not cleaned once being used by guests, the bathroom on the terrace was clean and paperless. Anyway .. freak show. We did not expect so much trouble, lack of hygiene in such a complicated time in the world. It shouldn't be working in these conditions.
