★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend. Really lovely setting. We arrived at 7 on a weekday and got a table. The entire restaurant was full when we left. The focaccia bread is a must order--so good. We enjoyed pastas and wine and found the prices very reasonable. It was tasty Italian food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As New Yorkers, Casa Italia is our pick for the best pizza in Valladolid. It's consistently delicious. Good ingredients, real cheese, perfect crust. They have great specials, and the staff always take great care of us. The place is cash only, so be prepared for that. The garden seating area is a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really liked this place! The two of us ordered the cheese pizza which was amazing and huge! Also tried the lasagna and caprese salad which were good. Super good value and very nice atmosphere. We left with leftovers because there was so much food we couldn't finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food and polite waiter. However, we were not informed that changing one ingredient on the pizza for another means extra 25 pesos. Also, the 10% tip was added despite no prior information.
After asking about the surprising extra costs, english-speaking lady worker shrugged her shoulders and asked "SO WHAT"?
The worst experience in México, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has been there for a long time, they really know what they're doing in the kitchen. The location is fantastic come out to a beautiful Candelaria park. The owner is a very mindful and virtuous person and the effects of that can be observed and felt in every stage of your experience with casa Italia. I highly recommend this place.

Waiter service - nice and polite, would definitely tip (if it haven't been enforced in bill)
? Waitress/owner - awful customer service. When we were charged with changing the ingredients (from mushrooms to rucola), the lady was saying "it's obvious" or very rudely: "so what??".
Be ready to be added additional charges without your knowledge. Definitely not coming back after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great... Though the Buddha's seemed a little out of place. The Pizza was particularly good and plentiful with great ingredients. The sangria was also nice if a little pricey for the size.
