★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE this place! Its clean, quiet and the owners are amazing. The convenience of a kitchen is optimal if you want a home cooked meal occasionally. The pool is awesome and the beach is right there with little to no people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place to stay in Punta Mita. It's a bit removed from the center of town, but I prefer that. Close to the beach as well as having their own pool. Clean well kept property. On site management eager to please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner or manager (or maybe even another guest) of this property believes violence is an acceptable solution to issues. While I am not a guest of this establishment, the owner threatened violence to the extent of bluntly threatening to bring a firearm into the mix today. If you value you personal safety, I encourage you to avoid this establishment.
The person in question was an older Canadian or American, heavier set gentleman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are set up well, everything you need. Hosts are very helpful. Pool is clean, big and refreshing.There are bbq's for outside grilling and lots of outside space for connecting with new friends. We even played croquet on the lawn. No complaints here at all. Strongly recommended.
