★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, cocina muy bien equipada, habitaciones muy limpias y bonitas.
La rampa del estacionamiento tiene mucha pendiente y es complicado salir, pero fuera de eso mi estancia fue perfecta.
 Excellent service, very well equipped kitchen, very clean and nice rooms.
The parking ramp is steep and it is difficult to get out, but other than that my stay was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vienes en familia? Lugar ideal, amplias habitaciónes,con comedor,cocina con estufa para hacer desayunos sin salir, dos baños, instalaciones nuevas, tal cual se ve en las fotos del hotel. Del mismo grupo esta casa del arbol que tiene una terraza más amplia, y casa Luca que esta cerca de la quinta avenida. Y el costo es bajo a medio.
Do you come as a family? Ideal place, spacious rooms, with dining room, kitchen with stove to make breakfast without going out, two bathrooms, new facilities, as seen in the photos of the hotel. From the same group this tree house that has a larger terrace, and Luca house that is near the fifth avenue. And the cost is low to medium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de la persona que nos atiendo, llegamos con un remolque y con reservación, aún así antes de ingresar preguntamos sobre si había problema con ingreso del remolque y nos dijo una Srita que ninguno, ella muy amable, el estacionamiento subterráneo y muy reducido para camionetas y aún así decidimos quedarnos, ya que habíamos ingresado con todo y remolque y bajado maletas sale un tipo a decirle a mi esposo con pésima actitud que no se podía quedar el remolque! Subió y a mi me exigió las llaves muy grosero, que lástima por que el lugar está muy bonito, el tipo muy mal!
Terrible attitude of the person who attended us, we arrived with a trailer and with a reservation, even so before entering we asked if there was a problem with the entrance of the trailer and a lady told us that none, she was very friendly, the underground parking and very reduced for vans and even so we decided to stay, since we had entered with everything and trailer and lowered suitcases a guy came out to tell my husband with a terrible attitude that the trailer could not stay! He went up and demanded the keys from me very rude, what a pity because the place is very beautiful, the guy is very bad!

Very bad beds. You feel the springs and you wake up truly sick and sore. VERY BAD BEDS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is new and you get a lot of space with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. You get two decks one one each side and a dining area. It is away from all the noise so it is quiet at night. 5th Avenida is still only a 5 to 7 minutes away. The people that work there are awesome especially Martha the front desk receptionist. She does speak English enough to be able to help me with a difficult situation and helped me get a taxi on New Year's Eve. There was also a nice gentleman there but I didn't get his name and he was helpful as well.
