★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex the owner is absolutely wonderful. He helped us get our luggage in the appartment and showed us around it and gave all sorts of information. Any time we had a question, Alex was happy to help. I was so happy with my first impression of the place. The kitchen is a perfect size for two people. I love the tiling and the pretty windows with cast iron. The same for the door. There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet and in the bedroom is a pretty shower along with a full size bed, couch, cabnet-closet and a desk and chair. Ceiling fans, cable tv, internet, laundry ect. There is the rooftop available to go up to and relax. The view is AMAZING. The malecon is like 10 blocks away. The ocean is 4 blocks. I know I will definitely be back if the opportunity comes
