★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fallas constantes en la conexión. Cada que levantas un reporte te salen con una cosa distinta, que el proveedor, la electricidad, que es tu módem, el cable, etc pero el servicio continúa con fallas que no solucionan.
Y cuando se cansan de dar excusas para las fallas en su servicio te sugieren que canceles y después dejan de responderte.
Constant connection failures. Every time you raise a report, you get a different thing, the provider, the electricity, which is your modem, the cable, etc. but the service continues with failures that do not solve.
And when they get tired of making excuses for failures in their service, they suggest you cancel and then stop responding to you.
