C	Carla Leon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El penthouse es muy bello, la cama es deliciosa y la decoración muy vanguardista. El personal fue muy amable y atento, una felicitación a las chicas que siempre nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El único tema fue el jacuzzi, hay que pedir que lo calienten con dos horas de anticipación, nosotros lo pedimos, pero el agua nunca se calentó... La zona es súper tranquila pero algo popular a la redonda. Se encuentra retirado de la zona hotelera y de la playa, para llegar puedes usar las bicicletas del hotel (sin costo), o bien, pedir un taxi. Si decides visitar la playa en bicicleta te tomará 30 min llegar, si pides un taxi o vas en auto te tomará 12 min. Lo conveniente sería rentar un auto ya que los taxis son excesivamente caros. The penthouse is very beautiful, the bed is delicious and the decoration is very avant-garde. The staff was very friendly and attentive, a compliment to the girls who always made us feel at home. The only issue was the jacuzzi, you have to ask for it to be heated two hours in advance, we asked for it, but the water never got hot ... The area is super quiet but somewhat popular around. It is located away from the hotel zone and the beach, to get there you can use the hotel's bicycles (free of charge), or ask for a taxi. If you decide to visit the beach by bike it will take you 30 min to get there, if you ask for a taxi or go by car it will take you 12 min. It would be convenient to rent a car since taxis are excessively expensive.

K	Knut Skåla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture is beautiful and modern, with super high ceilings and very spacious rooms run by a nice family. The place is laid out as two bedroom apartments, perfect for two couples traveling together. If you book one room you may end up sharing the living room/kitchen. We had the entire apartment to our selves and loved it, but wouldn't have minded sharing such a big space.
C	Charles Paquet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really awesome place, well located, delicious breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, they have a shuttle service to the beach and you can borrow bikes. It can be a bit scary to walk home at night but a 35$ pesos cab ride will do the trick. Only thing that was odd was that they don't have hot water, it can be deceiving if you are planning on going in the hot tub, or have a bath or a shower. Apparently many places in Mexico have a hard time with hot water... The main manager Guillermo or Memo is super helpful, he helped me order food and even lent me money to pay for my order. He was always there to help us out.
N	Nicole van Kimmenade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled and they agreed to pay back one night back. After asking for it several times, by myself and by booking.com they just ignored it and never paid me back. Horrible, would never go here because this says a lot about how you treat people.
R	Raquel figueiroa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a wonderful experience in this Casa, Alejandra is one of the most amazing hosts, we felt really taken care of at all moments. I will definitely stay here longer next time I'll come back to Tulum. Higly recommend!!!
