This place is a great choice for your stay in Tulum! The food is great. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and laid back. Shout out to Abraham, Luis, Josè, Armando, and Eleazar for making our stay fun and comfortable! The included breakfast is fantastic, And I had no problem spending on additional lunch and cocktails here. The thing I was unsure of was the “superior room”. We felt tucked away in the back corner in one of the smallest rooms available, and I had to ask for the free bottle of tequila advertised on the website. Otherwise it was still very comfortable and quiet so no real problems here. One last thing, while this location is great due to the quiet and calm of the area, It is quite easy to get lost in Aldea Zama. There are a lot of twists and roundabouts, so even on a scooter getting to a from the beach, it is easy to get lost trying to return to the hotel. Overall, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Just got back from a five day stay. There was no damage to the property by hurricane Grace. The photos online are accurate. The staff is very friendly and helpful and all speak English. The grounds and pool are always clean along with great room service. The rooms are huge. You really do get a full kitchen. There are several restaurants within walking distance in a new outdoor community area. They have breakfast lunch and dinner options. The food onsite was good just not a big menu. Only thing you need to know is if you take taxis everywhere like we did. $200 - 400 peso every time. That’s $10-20 US. It adds up if you take more than two rides each day. Not the hotels fault but be aware.

I have VERY mixed reviews about this property and you should read before staying here. CONS: Upon checking in, I was excited for our stay as this property and the reviews seemed great. NEIGHBORHOOD HOWEVER is BRAND NEW construction (directly across street and surrounding and jack hammers all hours of the day) and is tucked away in a very confusing set of roundabouts with no signs anywhere in sight. Our taxi drivers did not even understand how to get us back. That’s not even the worst part though- we rented mopeds hoping for a fun experience and instead got extorted by the police TWICE next to the hotel. They prey on tourists in this neighborhood because there is no one around/no lighting in the streets/no signage for the roads. We took our moped back only after one day after getting our money taken by them not only once but twice. It certainly put our trip off to a bad start. Without a moped- we paid about $20 for a taxi just to go 10 min to downtown and back which really adds up after a few days. PROS: Staff is very nice especially the people in the restaurant. Felt safe (other then from the police-ironic) with security constantly monitoring at all hours. Free breakfast was a plus as well. Pool was our favorite part. Overall, nice hotel but would definitely stay somewhere in the “downtown” district instead to avoid confusion/extortion ?

This hotel in Tulum is ideally located, 10mn walk from the city and 20mn by bike (that you can rent at reception) to the beach. In a calm hotel neighbourhood you will find clean and spacious rooms, there are even 2 showers next to each other ! For each 2/3 rooms there is a private pool on the rooftop. A small pool in the center of the patio has long chairs and an impressive arrangement of tropical plants. This is the same place where the à la carte breakfast is served under a big palapa. We had an assortment of fruits and pancakes, brought by an impeccable service.

Expedia booked this hotel even though they are going through legal problems with the hotel builder and owners of the units. We were supposed to have breakfast each morning but after day 3 we were told we would have to come to another hotel. The hotel removed all the staff and kitchen equipment. We couldn't even get coffee pods for our room after the 3rd day as they said they didn't have any. With no staff or concierge onsite, we had to communicate via WhatsApp. They removed the only water cooler with safe drinking water on the last day and wouldn't provide us with safe drinking water. Do not book this place and be careful booking their sister hotel as the owner of this place has multiple legal battles and restraining orders. We loved this place and are very sad that this is happening. Wish we would have known about it before we booked. It didnt ruin our trip but it certainly created some issues for us.

Booked one of the homes for rent. On the site it says fully refundable if you cancel before which was great. Cancelled well before we originally were supposed to arrive but it has been hell trying to get the deposit back. Their customer service is slow with no response for weeks. Have been trying for a refund for the last three months with nothing. $3k is a lot of money to not get it back!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away at a chic boutique hotel. The suites are big, clean, well designed, large porches or patios depending on your floor. The staff were so kind and helpful--very prompt with all our needs. The pool is gorgeous, swim-up bar is a plus, great happy hour. The restaurant at the hotel is impressive, the menu was really creative and the food quality and flavor was so good. Hotel offers bike rentals which are a great and easy way to get around, ride to the beach, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!! We stayed at Kasa Hotel in October of 2021 and it was the best experience. Someone recommended this hotel to us because she stayed there in March and said we would love it. We stayed in an apartment type room, with a kitchen and we could walk right into the pool from out room. It was so spacious for 5 girls staying in that apartment. The staff and the service was so nice and welcoming! We loved that the hotel included a free breakfast every morning. We also had lunch a few times at the hotel and that was so delicious. We cannot wait to go back and stay at the Kasa Hotel again.
