a	alejandro roca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condominio, me hospedé con mi familia y es un lugar muy tranquilo, de lujo y con hermosos espacios llenos de vegetación, el personal es muy atento y la ubicación nos favoreció mucho al estar en la avenida con acceso a la playa, además cuenta con transporte gratuito a la playa todos los días. Excellent condominium, I stayed with my family and it is a very quiet, luxurious place with beautiful spaces full of vegetation, the staff is very attentive and the location favored us a lot being on the avenue with access to the beach, it also has Free shuttle to the beach every day.

Tienes que rentarte una moto y bicicleta mismo en el lugar. Nice Hotel, the room is very spacious, the service is good, but it is 2 km from the center, 5 km from the Hotel Zone and the Beach area. You have to rent a motorcycle and bicycle on the spot.

It is an incredible place, it has vegetation like no other place in Tulum, its amenities are the best, the concierge service gives you luxury attention with any reservation you need.

Nous avons séjourné dans un studio meublé avec goût pendant notre semaine de vacances. Piscine et salle de sport au top, mention spéciale pour les croissants de la boulangerie française dans la résidence !! The perfect location to enjoy Tulum, well located between the center and the beach. We stayed in a tastefully furnished studio during our week's vacation. Swimming pool and gym at the top, special mention for the croissants from the French bakery in the residence!!
C	Christine Zuxhumn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience!! We (2 Adults + our two little girls) spent already 2 times our holiday in Tulum at Mistiq. And we can highly recommend it! My husband especially likes the gym there. I spent my time tanning at the pool ? Great Location (very quiet), super friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are extremely beautiful. They also offered us a free ride to the Mistiq Beach Hotel. We will definitely come back. Saludos y muchos gracias!
D	Diego Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!!!!! They stole all our things, we lived a nightmare here and Mistiq didn't do absolutely ANYTHING to help!. There is no security, there are no cameras, anyone can enter and leave, they put a bracelet on you that does NOT guarantee your calm/stability. The place is sold to you as a paradise, but I think this is the closest I have been to hell. They promise the would be responsible for the stolen items and after we left the basically told us that it was not their fault and they blocked us. We have police reports and pictures but they keep reporting them. THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE IS DANGEROUS!!!.
