Excelente edificio super amplios los departamentos, tiene una alberca magnifica los restaurantes excelentes, como la cueva del chango que esta solo cruzando la calle, la playa esta como a 2 cuadras genial para ir en familia

We had a very nice time there. Although first apartment was a bit loud in the evening, our great hosts Laura and Lois were very helpful to move us to the different one a couple days later. They made our stay very comfortable and were very prompt in replying...

The location and the pool are very good. Most of the apartments are in need of an upgrade ref. decor and equipment, although most things work and the agencies are fairly quick attending to repairs. A laughable and ridiculous surprise are the posted prices per night - monthly rentals for these apartments average between US$1800 - 2000 per month (Mxn.$ 36,000) in the off season and US$2000 - 2500 in the high season, plus the additional cost of electricity which is expensive and can cost between 300 and upwards, depending on the use clients make of the air conditioning. There are several 3-4 bedroom penthouses which are more expensive (US$3500-4000 mth.) than the standard two beds, and a couple of studios that are cheaper. All of the apartments have certain date related cancellation rules, (deposit /50%/100% dependent on how early the cancellation is made), the fact that these sites say there are no refunds is quite frankly legal theft.
