El servicio a Cliente estuvo pésimo, un familiar pregunto sobre precios y al no recibir respuesta nos quedamos aprox 5 min y nos fuimos. Como clasificatoria de google No nos gusto para nada en mayoría por la cuestión que llegaron otros clientes y su atención fue expendida con ellos ya que les preguntaron si les podían ayudar en algo. Eso no es de agrado para nadie no importa el tipo de Tienda o Servicio. The place is very well ordered, clean. Customer service was terrible, a family member asked about prices and when we did not receive an answer, we stayed for about 5 minutes and left. As a google ranking We did not like it at all in the majority because of the question that other clients arrived and their attention was expended with them since they asked them if they could help them with something. That is not to anyone's liking no matter the type of Store or Service.

h	hector camacho herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este dia visité Innvictus de Playa del Carmen Quinta avenida, no es la primera vez que compro ahí y no es la primera vez que soy recibido con un mal servicio por parte de los trabajadores de la tienda en cuestion, si compro ahí es por los diseños de mis marcas favoritas, sin embargo la falta de actitud de servicio, las caras y malos modos con las que soy recibido me dejan insatisfecho, apenas y me prestaron atención en el segundo piso cuando le dije al colaborador la talla de los tenis que compré, apenas me preguntó si necesitaba algo más para irse dirigiendo rápidamente a la caja del primer piso, donde la señora Geovanna apenas y me dijo el precio de mi calzado, (no se si realmente ese sea su nombre o lo inventó porque sabía que me quejaría por su mal trato al cliente, en el ticket aparece como Cajero 01), respecto a esta señora, no me saludó, todo el tiempo respondió de mala gana y sin intenciones de ser escuchada porque mas de una vez tuve que pedirle que repitiera la información debido a su tono de voz bajo y con desagrado. Estuve a punto de dejar mi producto solo porque en verdad me gustó el diseño, sin embargo la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, me sentí despreciado y solo me quedaron ganas de no regresar. Espero le den seguimiento a mi queja. Y la verdad que no me he ido conforme con mi compra, elegí un par de tenis que en su etiqueta tenía un precio y luego al momento de pagarlas el cajero me responde que era otro el precio. El cajero no respetó el valor que tenía el producto en su etiqueta, por eso tengan cuidado por qué en esta tienda tienen publicidad engañosa y no respetan los precios exhibidos.
