Toman deciciones sin consultarte.
¡Servicio de lo peor!
Y si fuera poco tu pagas el iva de las refacciones cosa que ya debio pagar la refaccionaria.
Mejor vallan a la agencia
 They charged me very very expensive and my car did not stay, they do not respect the guarantee, the manager is arrogant and arrogant.

Worst service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, fui su cliente por muchos años y el nivel de calidad y servicio esta por los suelos. Hoy todo el día para hacer el servicio y afinación, cargos sorpresa y ni siquiera lavaron mi camioneta. No regreso.
Disappointing, I was your client for many years and the level of quality and service is rock bottom. All day today to service and tune up, surprise charges and they didn't even wash my truck. I don't come back.

Ademas de que si llega un auto del ayuntamiento o aguakan los pasan primero...no importa que hayas llegado 1 dia antes ?♀️?♀️?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron 2 meses para arreglar mi coche ( habían anunciado 10 dias), cuando veni a recuperar mi coche me han regresado mi coche sin el espejo izquierdo, habían quitado el soporte de mi bateria ( y cambiaron mi batería por una que no sirve obviamente), el coche estaba muy sucio, hicieron 36 km con mi coche y no pusieron gasolina. Sinceramente jamas había visto un servicio tan pésimo en mi vida; Es mi seguro Zurich (la persona se llama Norma) que me han enviado allá, y en lugar de protegerme me han tratado de mentiroso. Por favor que no vienen en este taller son puros ladrones; saliendo de aqui he tenido que ir a comprar un espejo (500 pesos) una bateria (2500) y un soporte de bateria (200).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paint my vehicle two years ago was good quality, well painted, good customer service, If you had asked me will give 5 stars; Now took him again for some service, to replace a blade of platic that goes under the doors, Fernando the guy in charge, after a few minutes calling to check for parts told me just that part was $16,230.00 MXN plus labour $400 MXN plus paint $1000.00 total with taxes $ 20,450.00. Told me called every where in different Mazdas. I called the one in Cancun, a placed that he called, I got everything labour part already painted that comes from factory with taxes in $12,600.00. Or this guy Fernando try to take advantage or someone was taking advantage of him on those 3 places that he said he called, which I personally doubt. Bottom line. I will rather to go to the dealer from now on. Honestly and decency is a fact to run a business.
